About Xsso Laminate

Xsso Laminate has been making decorative laminate surfaces since 2019 from its plant at Morbi, Gujarat. Our collections are specified in residential and commercial interiors across India, and our manufacturing carries FSC, BIS and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification.

The Role

This position covers the architect and interior designer channel only. It does not involve dealer counter sales or retail walk-ins. Your job is to get Xsso specified at the design stage — meeting architects and interior designers, presenting collections, leaving samples, and staying with a project until the laminate is selected.

The role is field-based across Jaipur and the surrounding belt and reports to the regional sales head.

Responsibilities

Specification & Design Outreach

• Meet architects, interior designers and design studios across the territory on a planned call cycle
• Present current collections and finishes, and keep sample folders and catalogues updated at each firm
• Get Xsso laminates written into project specifications and material boards

Project Tracking

• Track specified projects from design stage through to final material selection
• Coordinate with the dealer or distributor who will fulfil the order once a specification converts
• Follow up on sample requests, pricing queries and stock availability

Territory & Reporting

• Build and maintain a working database of architects and design firms in the territory
• Report weekly on meetings held, samples issued and projects in the pipeline
• Pass back feedback from the design community on finishes, shades and competitor activity

Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in laminates, plywood, veneer, tiles, sanitaryware, paint or a related building material
• Existing working relationships with architects or interior designers in the region
• Comfortable with daily field travel across the territory
• Able to read a material board and hold a working conversation about finish, texture and application
• Fluent in Hindi, with working English for reporting
• Own vehicle and a valid driving licence

Nice to Have

• Prior experience selling into the specification channel rather than counter sales
• Familiarity with the Jaipur and wider Rajasthan architecture and interior design market
• A diploma or degree in interior design, architecture or marketing
